Having personally experienced back and neck problems for many years, I have come to understand the significance of regular exercise along with massage therapy. My own challenges motivated me to explore various treatments, which eventually led me to complete courses in massage therapy. As a result, I am now trained in sports massage, classical massage, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology. I strive to address specific concerns you may have or enhance relaxation and overall well-being through my work.

Scheduled appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full amount will be charged. EMR-certified treatments are reimbursed by many health insurance companies. Before starting a treatment, it is advisable to check with your own insurer regarding the conditions and level of coverage.
